Airline Arrangements

IMPORTANT:

Once you have registered online, you will be contacted by M&I Travel within 72 business hours to confirm your airline reservations into Santa Rosa, California.

Please Note

All travel must be arranged by MUSIC Travel Headquarters. You will not be reimbursed if you make airline arrangements on your own.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers will be coordinated for all guests going to The Montage Healdsburg on main arrival day (August 12) and on departure day (August 15). Transportation will only be provided from Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa (STS). If you choose to fly into San Francisco International Airport, you will be on your own for transportation to the resort. Upon arrival at Sonoma County Airport, you will be met in baggage claim and escorted to your awaiting transportation. Travel time to The Montage Healdsburg is approximately 20 minutes (14 miles). All gratuities will be handled by MUSIC.
