Arriving at Cyril E. King Airport (STT), you will be greeted by MUSIC Travel staff outside the baggage claim area. You and your guest are provided ground transportation from Cyril E. King Airport only on main arrival day (August 11) and departure day (August 14)—a scenic 40-minute drive to The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas.

MUSIC guests will be directed to a private MUSIC Insurance Hospitality Area, The Living Room & Courtyard.

Guests will pick up welcome packets, activity confirmations, and local information.

Welcome to St. Thomas Dinner
The Sea Grape Trees – The beach at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas

Ease into island time with a relaxed beachfront welcome dinner beneath The Sea Grape Trees at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas. Guests will gather on the beach for an evening of ocean breezes, warm hospitality, and beautiful views as the trip begins.

ATTIRE:
Resort casual. Resort-inspired clothing such as pants, jeans, golf shirts, sundresses, or similar comfortable attire is acceptable. Evenings may be breezy, so guests may wish to bring a sweater or light jacket. Sport coats are not required.

Breakfast and Business Meeting
The MUSIC Breakfast and Business Meeting will take place in the Great Bay I & Patio. Due to limited seating, the Business Meeting is for agent attendees and MUSIC employees only.

Breakfast for all guests will be served 8:00 am – 9:00 am; Business Meeting to begin at 9:00 am.

ATTIRE: Resort Casual; we will depart immediately following the business meeting for a full day to the British Virgin Islands. Please come dressed for the day. Bathing suits may be worn with appropriate cover-ups.

10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Catamaran Sail and Snorkel
Immediately following the business meeting the group will sail away to Jost Van Dyke, a tiny island known for its rugged beauty, colorful folklore, and iconic beach bars. Board a luxury catamaran as you cruise to Jost Van Dyke.

First stop: Great Harbour, where the captain clears customs, giving you time to explore the shoreline or pop into Foxy’s for a taste of local charm.

Continue to White Bay for a relaxed beachfront lunch at Hendo’s Hideout, followed by free time to enjoy the powder-soft sand and favorites like the Soggy Dollar Bar and Ivan’s.

End the day with a smooth downwind sail back to St. Thomas, complete with light snacks and an open bar.

Enjoy dinner at Bleuwater, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas’ refined island dining destination known for fresh coastal cuisine, warm Caribbean hospitality, and a beautiful resort setting. Guests can relax into an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere while enjoying an unforgettable evening in St. Thomas.

ATTIRE:
Smart casual resort wear. Sundresses, linen pants, dress shorts, collared shirts, polished sandals, and comfortable resort-appropriate footwear are recommended. Evenings may be breezy, so guests may wish to bring a sweater or light jacket. No sport coats required.

Sunset Sail and Farewell Dinner in St. John
Set sail from The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas on a breathtaking sunset cruise across the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy chef-crafted hors d’oeuvres and a full open bar as the sky glows with evening color and your catamaran makes its way toward St. John.

Arrive in Cruz Bay and take a short stroll to Karma Restaurant for an open-air dinner featuring island-inspired cuisine and warm, welcoming service. Afterward, step onto the beach for cocktails, music, and dancing under the stars — the perfect blend of sophistication and island soul.

Your evening concludes with a tranquil night sail back to The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, where gentle breezes, starlight, and your favorite drink create a truly memorable Caribbean experience.

Resort casual. Island-appropriate dinner attire such as sundresses, resort sets, linen shirts, casual pants, dress shorts, golf shirts, or blouses is recommended. Comfortable sandals or casual footwear are encouraged for the catamaran, short walk, and beachside portion of the evening. Guests may also wish to bring a light layer for the evening breeze.
