Arrival
Arriving at Sonoma County Airport (STS), you will be greeted by MUSIC Travel staff. You and your guest are provided ground transportation from Sonoma County Airport only on main arrival day (August 12) and departure day (August 15)—a scenic 20-minute drive—to The Montage.

Check-In
MUSIC guests will be directed to a private MUSIC Insurance Hospitality Desk for check-in.

Guests to pick-up welcome packets, activity confirmations and local information.

The remainder of the day at your leisure.

The MUSIC Breakfast and Business Meeting will take place in the Grove and Gallery I & II.  Due to limited seating, the Business Meeting is for Agent attendee and MUSIC Employees only.

Breakfast for ALL guests will be served from 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Business Meeting will begin at 9:00 am

10:30 am – 5:00 pm – Activities

Meet at the main lobby for a short transfer to dinner. Sure to be a very memorable evening tasting some of the best Cabernet to come out of the region. Delicious Northern California cuisine will be paired with their award winning wines. A great way to end an amazing trip to wine country.
